HOW DO I BOOK A MOVE WITH ACCURATE MOVING COMPANY

MY FAMILY WISHES TO GET OUR CAR LOADED IN OUR PRESENCE. IS IT FEASIBLE?

Do you mean you rented a truck and want us to load it in your presence? Yes, we provide that kind of service.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN THE MOVER COMES TO MY HOME TO DO AN ESTIMATE?

Expect questions regarding where the truck(s) can be parked, to provide the easiest and most efficient way to handle your move. Walkthrough/examine your house, hallways, ceilings, doorways etc. Some measurements of your largest items and their dimensions and weight.

MY MOVE DATE CHANGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We require at least a 2-week notice if your move date has changed. If the new date you’re looking for isn’t available, then we recommend looking for storage temporarily.

WHAT AM I NOT ALLOWED TO BRING WITH ME ON MY MOVE?

We don’t handle nor deal with any kind of dangerous goods or materials or any illegal or banned substances. So those won’t be allowed in the truck. Same goes for any kind of wildlife or pets, we will not be transporting in our trucks or company vehicles

HOW SOON BEFORE I MOVE SHOULD I CALL THE MOVERS?

It is best to call 3-4 weeks before your move. You’re more likely to find availability on your move date or a date closer to it. That way there is enough time to give you a proper estimate in person, or by video call. Although we understand that emergencies do happen and we always try to be flexible.
